  1. What is PCbasics?

    A site dedicated to bringing you only the best software, news, giveaways,  and reviews in the tech world.

  2. How did PCbasics start?

    I started making websites for a schoold project, and well, since then I have been fasinated by technology and computers. I started out by making free Google sites and as I got more and more interested, I started my very own blog. My first blogs was named PCbasics, and has grown dramatically from one reader (Me! :D ) , to hundreds all over the world.

  3. What Do We Do?

    We find the best freebies and post software reviews of the best applications on the web. We host giveaways on many of the software we review to allow our readers to get a taste of fantastic programs we get to test. We also update you on the latest tech news you need to know. Updating our readers with only the best information is key for our blogs success.

  4. How Do We Do It?

    Hard Work. Time. Determination.

  5. When Did It Start?

    February 11th, 2010. I remember it like it was yesterday.

  6. Is This A Scam?

    No. PCbasics is a legitamate site focused on bring you the best information and software. We really do try our best in giving you quality information, not quantity.

  7. Is Free Software Legal?

    Yes. Here at PCbasics, we only post legal freebies that are free from legit sites and distributers. We do not post any illegal torrents, cracks, and/or keygens. Strictly legal. Trust me, I'm a blogger :)

  8. Is It Safe?

    Yes. PCbasics is a safe site. We have good rating on sites like WOT, and Webutation. We do not scam our readers or "fake" anything on our site. We keep all emails confidential and do not share them with anyone. We may send you emails if you subscribe to our mailing list, and whenever there is a new blog post, but other than that do we ever send you email or spam your inbox.
