50GB of Online Storage: ADrive

Posted by PCbasics on September 15, 2011 at 2:45 PM

There are many online storage plans out in the web. There are sites such as Dropbox, Homepipe, Skydrive, SugarSyc, and many more. The only limitation to those is their physical storage sizes for free users. SugarSyc does give you 25GB though, but this company called ADrive, is giving free users 50GB of online storage! Thats double what Skydrive gives you. There are a bunch of features that are not included in the free version, but the physical storage size is a big 50GB. The basics are included in the free pack, such as: File Sharing, Folder/Directory Upload, File Download, Easy Search Tool, Remote File Transfer, Intl. Character Support, and Zoho® Editor (edit your word processes and spreadsheets online). Not a bad deal considering that is it free. Here is how to get the 50GB for free:

For Free

  1. Go to sign up on their site: https://www.adrive.com/login/signup
  2. Under "Select Your Plan" click in the dropdown menu "Basic-Free"
  3. Enter the required info and agree with the terms
  4. Check e-mail for confiration link
